About NYS CarePak

Our story

NYS CarePak started with a simple promise: families should be able to send real groceries and everyday essentials to the people they love, without guessing at rules or worrying whether a package will be turned away. We are an approved vendor based in The Bronx, and we ship to correctional facilities across New York State.

Every order is packed by hand in our own facility. We shop fresh, we check weights, and we build each box to the package rules of the receiving facility. If something is out of stock, we offer a substitute or credit you back — you always know what actually went in the box.
