Shipping days
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed before noon ship the same shipping day. Orders placed after 12 PM Wednesday ship Monday.
Weight limit
Facilities cap packages at 40 lb. We reserve 1 lb for the box, so an order can hold up to 39 lb of product.
Tracking
You can follow packing, substitutions and shipping in your account, with a tracking number as soon as the label is made.
Shipping prices by weight
Shipping is charged once per order, based on the total product weight in your basket.

Where we ship
We ship to all New York State correctional facilities. The recipient name and facility address come from the official DIN lookup at checkout, never from manual entry, so packages arrive at the right mailroom.
Out of stock items
If an item cannot be shopped, we offer a substitute of equal value or credit the item back to your account. You will see exactly what went in the box before it ships.
